MM2H Programme

The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, introduced in 2002, has successfully attracted thousands of participants from across the globe who seek long-term residency in Malaysia.

Overview of the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme

As of today, the national MM2H programme offers three distinct tiers — Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with specific eligibility criteria and associated benefits. In addition to these, a more accessible version of the programme is available under the Special Financial Zone (SFZ) in Johor, adjacent to Singapore.

It is important to note that MM2H is a residency programme and does not generally permit employment. However, the Platinum tier serves as an exception, allowing high-net-worth individuals and their families to reside and engage in professional activities in Malaysia. Comprehensive details on each tier and programme variation are available on the Visa section of our website.
Malaysia continues to be a preferred destination for expatriates and retirees due to its strategic location, stable climate, scenic landscapes, modern infrastructure, and multicultural society.

Our agency has been a licensed MM2H service provider since 2005, and we take pride in having assisted numerous clients in relocating and settling comfortably in Malaysia — many of whom now regard Malaysia as their permanent home.

Like many global residency initiatives, MM2H experienced temporary disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic, including a brief suspension and policy revisions. The programme has since resumed in full, with renewed clarity and expanded options. Existing participants continue to renew their visas without issue, and new applicants are welcomed under the current guidelines.

As per the Government of Malaysia’s requirements, all MM2H applications must be submitted through an officially licensed agent. We are fully equipped to support and guide you through the entire application process with professionalism, transparency, and care.

For further information or assistance, we invite you to contact us directly, submit an enquiry via our Help Desk, or subscribe to our e-newsletter for the latest updates on MM2H regulations, relocation guidance, and relevant announcements.
